Role Overview: Technical Sales Specialist – Regional

PrimeTek is hiring one Technical Sales Specialist per region to support the growth and adoption of our products, with a primary focus on PrimeMIS. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining technical understanding with strong sales execution.

We are currently recruiting for the following regions:


- Nairobi, Kenya
- Accra, Ghana
- N’Djamena, Chad
- Juba, South Sudan

Key Responsibilities


- Act as the regional sales representative for PrimeMIS and other PrimeTek solutions
- Identify and approach universities, institutes, training centers, and educational organizations
- Present PrimeMIS to decision-makers (management, academic leaders, administrators)
- Understand client needs and clearly explain how PrimeMIS solves operational and academic challenges
- Conduct product demos and support onboarding discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners
- Work closely with the technical and product teams to relay market feedback
- Support the promotion of CodeCamp Academy where relevant
- Achieve defined regional sales and partnership targets with PrimeTek's education products.

What We Are Looking For


- Strong interest in technology, digital products, or software solutions
- Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple, clear terms
- Experience and strong motivation in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the local education or institutional landscape is a strong advantage
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a region
